If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us at info@goapti.in . We will cancel your subscription and you will no longer have access to our service. Please note that once your subscription is cancelled, you will not be eligible for a refund.


We understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected, and in such cases, we offer a refund on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to request a refund, please contact us at info@goapti.in and provide the following information:

  • Your full name and email address associated with your account
  • The reason for the refund request
  • A screenshot of your score report showing that you completed the 30-day program and did not receive a passing score of 60% or higher
  • Any other relevant information that you think would help us better understand your request

Please note that we reserve the right to deny a refund request if we find that the request does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and contact you within 2 days to let you know if your request has been approved or denied. If your request is approved, we will process your refund within 3 days and notify you when the refund has been issued.
