TRAPS. Giving an unprepared or irrelevant answer will lead you downhill. The interviewer will see you suspiciously and doubt the authenticity of your responses.
ACCEPTABLE ANSWER: Be prepared with a good example, explaining why the decision was difficult, the process you followed in taking a stand, and the outcome.
